Jarvax Publisher is built to make authorized Facebook Page publishing simpler while respecting the information entrusted to us.
Information we process
When you connect Jarvax through Meta's official Facebook Login for Business, we may process information needed to provide authorized features, including Page identity, Page metadata, follower or fan counts, limited engagement data, and publishing data.
Jarvax may also process encrypted access tokens required to maintain the connection and perform actions you have authorized. Jarvax never requests or stores your Facebook password.
How we use information
We use this information to display the Pages you manage, prepare and schedule content, provide publishing functionality, maintain security, and improve the reliability of the service. We only access Pages and data that your Meta authorization permits.
Service providers
Jarvax uses Supabase as a cloud and backend service provider. Service providers process information only as needed to support the operation, security, and availability of Jarvax.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted access tokens, to protect information.
Your choices
You may disconnect Facebook access through your Facebook settings and may request deletion of your Jarvax account and associated Meta Platform Data by contacting us.
